Figures, a Paris, France-based provider of a salary benchmarking application, raised £5.75m in seed funding.
The round was led by Point Nine with participation from existing investors Seedcamp, Bpifrance and Kima Ventures and new participants Acadian and Entrée.
The company intends to use the funds to:
- expand its development efforts, broadening its services including budget forecasting, real-time market tracking and bolstering advanced benchmarking services, covering shares, and benefits,
- develop tools that will help companies define and share their compensation policy as well as prepare and run their compensation reviews,
- move into Iberia, the Netherlands, and the Nordics.
Created by Virgile Raingeard and Bastien Formery, Figures provides a real-time compensation benchmark application created to help companies power up their compensation policy and drive salary fairness. The system has been devised to integrate with major HRIS software like Personio, BambooHR, and HiBob, giving businesses access to 50k+ reliable and real-time compensation benchmark data from 700 European startups, across a wide range of 100+ job types, locations and at companies of varying stages of growth. This data set allows businesses to take a proactive approach to talent acquisition and retention.
Having acquired Payspective in June 2022, which facilitated Figures’ move into the UK, the brand is already well established in many other countries including France and Germany.
The previous funding round was led by Seedcamp in 2021, raising €1.7 million.
