HTEC Group, a San Francisco, CA-based consulting, software engineering and digital product development company, acquired Mistral Technologies, a Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina-based software development company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, HTEC Group will provide an extended service offering to their clients, additional technology and product design capabilities, and will in the long-term secure stability and growth for both clients and employees.
