Circle Internet Financials, a San Francisco, CA-based financial technology firm, acquired Elements, a San Francisco, CA-based payments orchestration platform provider.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Circle will scale payment offerings to unlock utility value for crypto and lower the barrier of entry for merchants to access payments and financial services. The new payment offerings make it simple for merchants to integrate their existing PSP relationships with Circle’s crypto payment offerings.
Co-founded by Nafis Jamal and Hao Min, Elements is a merchant and developer of a payments orchestration platform whose mission is to put more money into the hands of merchants.
