Crisp, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based online-only supermarket, raised €75M in funding.
The round was led by Target Global and Keen Venture Partners, with participation from Adriaan Mol, Sander van der Laan and Joes Daemen.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow its customer base and double orders.
Led by CEO Tom Peeters, Crips os an invite only supermarket for Dutch and Belgian shoppers, whose product range has grown 36% during 2022, driven in part by the launch of the first range of non-food related items and last summer’s expansion into Belgium.
Crisp also completed the acquisition of Eetfabriek, a local food supplier, in a deal of undisclosed amount. With the deal, the company will see its fresh assortment expand from 15 to 50 mostly seasonal ready-to-eat dishes.
