Mobeus Industries, Inc., a Sparta, NJ-based human connection company seeking to reduce people’s friction with the technology around them, raised $24M in funding, including a $12M Series A round.

The backers were undisclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to making investments for its growth and expansion.

Founded by Mike Sutcliff (CEO) and Richie Etwaru (Chairman and Chief Creative Officer), Mobeus aims to create an immersive, interactive experience that enhances humanity and positively impacts relationships using the devices people already own, such as computers, phones, and televisions. In November 2022, The company plans to officially launch its first product, Airglass, a stand-alone application that introduces a range of new capabilities for its users to communicate with one another and, importantly, can also work as a complement to enhance calls occurring on other web conferencing software.

While in stealth, the company assembled a remote-first international team of approximately 100 employees in six countries who have come together to redefine what it means to connect.
