Outmin, a Dublin, Ireland-based provider of an automated accounting solutions platform, raised €1.5M in funding.

The round was led by Middlegame Ventures with participation by Fuel Ventures, and KellySan Enterprises.

The company intends to use the funds to enhance and develop the technology that tackles the distraction of financial admin and double its headcount to 48 in the next 12 months. 

Led by CEO Ross Hunt and and CRO David Kelleher, Outmin provides SaaS-based accounting, bookkeeping and CFO services to SMEs with an initial focus on the technology and hospitality industries across the UK and Ireland. These services are provided as a combination of software and a staffed team of finance professionals. Outmin enables business owners to make rapid, data driven decisions by ingesting company data from various sources and standardised it, generating clear, actionable data points for SME owners and operators. 

The company has over 150 clients currently using its platform.

The founders

David Kelleher, Chief Revenue Officer, the Former Head of Revenue for Jobbio, has 10 years of experience working with and growing early-stage technology companies.

Ross Hunt, CEO, co-founder of AI & Machine Learning company Cainthus (acquired 2022), previously served as Finance & Operations Director for Comex McKinnon where he grew revenues from €100m to over €200m.
