Red Sift, a London, UK and San Francisco, CA-based provider of a digital resilience platform, acquired Hardenize, a London, UK-based Attack Surface Management (ASM) company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Red Sift will enrich, extend, and improve its existing security solutions to also protect customers’ internet assets and infrastructure, offering a complete digital resilience solution. The integration of Hardenize’s ASM capabilities enables the Red Sift platform to gain a comprehensive view of an organization’s digital footprint, allowing customers to understand and protect their entire critical attack surface area in the face of an ever-evolving threat environment.
