SD Worx, a Brussels, Belgium-based HR solutions platform provider, acquired Intelligo, a Wicklow, nearby Dublin, Ireland-based supplier of HR and Payroll Software and Outsourcing Services.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, SD Worx will further expand its presence in the Irish market and will strengthen its portfolio of own payroll and HR software.
Founded by Padraig Gill and John Kellegher, Intelligo provides payroll solutions that enable companies to accurately manage and pay their people, on time, every time. Established 26 years ago, the company has been a payroll partner for many leading brands across Ireland and beyond. Its solutions and services portfolio – MegaPay, MegaHR and MegaPay Outsourced – all provide innovative solutions to every major industry in the private and public sector from telco, ‘Big 4’ advisory firms, government departments, retail and more, with companies ranging in size from 200 to over 40,000 employees. Intelligo processes almost 40,000 payslips each month.
