Sensient Technologies Corporation (NYSE: SXT), a Milwaukee, WI-based manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and other ingredients, acquired Endemix Doğal Maddeler A.Ş., a Turkey-based vertically integrated natural color and extracts company servicing the food and beverage markets.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Sensient Technologies will further expand its vertical integration for key natural colors and add extraction and refining capacity and strengthens its extensive natural color portfolio capabilities and puts operations closer to key botanical growing areas.
