SingleKey a Toronto, Canada-based SaaS platform providing relationship management tools, acquired Naborly, a Toronto, Canada-based rental screening tool company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, SingleKey will create a Canadian top tenant screening tool for homeowners. All existing Naborly customers will be automatically onboarded to SingleKey at no cost and with no disruption of service to them.
Led by CEO Dylan Lenz, Naborly offers a screening tool that can measure a person’s credibility as a renter, using multiple data points, including a social media analysis, phone record search, and criminal record check, compiled into a report.
Led by CEO Viler Lika, SingleKey is a SaaS tool that helps homeowners make more informed decisions when selecting tenants in order to manage their risk effectively.
