Ventive, an London, UK-based domestic heat company, raised £2.5M in funding.
The round was led by EMV Capital, the deeptech and venture capital specialist, a wholly owned subsidiary of NetScientific plc, the international life sciences and sustainable technology investment and commercialisation group.
The company intends to use the funds to deliver its modular heat pump production facility in Hartlebury, Worcestershire.
Ventive provides modular exhaust air heat pumps targeted at both new build and retrofit applications with cost and carbon dioxide emissions reductions across their installation, operation, and production. Home Heat Pumps are demand responsive and integrated Indoor Environment Control systems which provide integrated ventilation, renewable heating, and hot water with free summer cooling.
Ventive has partnered with QM Systems, a subsidiary of AIM-quoted PipeHawk PLC, to setup and scale-up its production to meet growing market demands. QM Systems offers multi-disciplinary production design, automation and high value manufacturing services backed by years of engineering experience.
