Mem Raises $23.5M in Funding

Mem, a Los Altos Hills, CA-based provider of a note-taking app, raised $23.5m in funding at a $110m post-money valuation.

The round was led by OpenAI Startup Fund.

The company, which has raised a total of $29m to date, intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Co-founded by Kevin Moody and Dennis Xu, Mem provides an AI powered work-focused app that enables users to amplify their creativity, automate the works, and stay organized automatically. Users can take notes, deliver links and save images using SMS, messengers and the system’s mobile client. Features enable team members to work on notes and directly attach them to calendars shared with other members.
