ResortPass, a New York-based company offering day access to luxury hotels and resorts around the world, raised $26M in Series B funding.
The round was co-led by Declaration Partners and 14W, with participation from CRV, William Morris Endeavor, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Alba and Brian Kelly.
The company intends to use the funds to scale the organization and expand to more global destinations in 2023.
Led by CEO Michael Wolf, ResortPass offers day access to luxury hotel experiences. It allows a user to easily access a property’s amenities such as the pool, spa, fitness center, and more without having to book an overnight stay. The company has been connecting locals and visitors to hotel and resort amenities since 2016. In addition to being the leading consumer marketplace in this space, ResortPass also serves as a provider of day access management software for hotels, providing a SaaS software solution for its partners. Powered by a proven team of tech and hospitality experts, the company has already partnered with over 900 hotels and resorts to deliver experiences to over 1.6 million people worldwide. Hotel and resort clients include Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, W Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Fairmont, and Westin, among others.
