Rive, a Helsinki, Finland-based provider of a real estate platform, raised €23M in Series A funding.
The round was led by IDC Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop and scale its integrated real estate services platform for buying and selling properties, including instant cash offers, tech-enabled real estate brokerage, and rent-to-own, and to further international growth via an M&A strategy.
Led by CEO Kalle Salmi, Rive is a real estate services platform for buying and selling properties. The system brings simplicity to switching homes by providing liquidity to sellers and fully renovated, move-in-ready homes for buyers, while providing real estate agents with a combination of tech tools and products to give service to their customers.
The firm currently has operations in Finland, Spain, and Poland.
