S.i. Systems, a Calgary, Canada-based information technology staffing company, received an investment from Cornell Capital and TorQuest Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach. S.i. Systems will retain its headquarters in Calgary, and Cornell Capital and TorQuest will work closely with the current management team, led by Chief Executive Officer and Founder Derek Bullen, President Leonie Tyler, and Chief Financial Officer Andrew White, to execute on the company’s next phase of growth.
