Vestico, a London, UK-based provider of a social fit and personalisation platform for fashion and beauty, raised £250K in funding.
The round was led by Jenson Funding Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop its technology to launch its service with several major international brands over the next year.
Founded by Maia Sasania, Benedikt Hirmer and Maddie Forman, Vestico is a social fit and personalization platform that helps retailers serve and understand their shoppers. The company uses user-generated content and proprietary AI to match shoppers with hyper-relevant content and information to prevent returns and increase conversion. Combining user-generated content with proprietary AI, Vestico shows shoppers how clothes and cosmetics look on real people most like them.
Earlier this year, the company launched Vestico for Beauty to help the industry be more representative of its shoppers and ensure customers find the right shade when buying beauty products online. Vestico also launched with Spanish fashion label Desigual to make shopping experiences more inclusive and simpler for customers across Europe.
