Natus Medical, a Middleton, WI-based provider of medical device solutions, acquired Micromed Holding SAS, a Mogliano Veneto, Italy-based provider of neurophysiology solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in early 2023, subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals.
With the acquisition, Natus Medical will bring innovation to its neuroscience customers and patients around the globe.
