RegASK, a Singapore-based global RegTech SaaS company, raised US$10M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Monograph Capital with participation from SPRIM Global Investments.
The company intends to use the funds to further invest in the platform and expand its business reach to bring the solution to all companies seeking to strengthen their regulatory capabilities around the globe.
