ScanmarQED, a Houten, The Netherlands-based provider of marketing insights and analytics solutions, acquired Roivenue, a Prague, Czech Republic-based AI-based technology company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, ScanmarQED will further strengthen its position as a provider of marketing analytics solutions in Europe and North America. Roivenue’s AI-based technology will complement ScanmarQED’s existing marketing mix modeling capabilities. The combined company, operating from offices in the Netherlands, the UK, the US and Czech Republic, offers a comprehensive set of marketing data and analysis tools.
Led by CEO Pavel Sima, Roivenue is a company providing a Data Analytics and Budget Optimization software suite. The company grew into a global Top 10 Multi-touch attribution provider with a portfolio of 70 clients including the likes of Vodafone and AXA.
Led by CEO Marcel van der Kooi, ScanmarQED is a provider of marketing insights & analytics solutions to monitor sales, brand health and marketing effectiveness. The company services a client base consisting of international clients across a variety of industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Food & Beverages, Tech, Media & Consumer Research.
