Bynder, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based digital asset management (DAM) company, received a majority investment from Tomas H. Lee Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in early 2023.
The company intends to use the funds to continue product innovation and customer growth.
Led by CEO Bob Hickey, Bynder provides a cloud-native digital asset management platform that improve the creation, management, and distribution of marketing assets. Its platform helps thousands of companies, including Spotify, Puma, Five Guys, and Icelandair.
Founded in 2013 by Chris Hall, who will continue to serve on its board, Bynder has eight offices around the globe, including the Netherlands, the United States, Spain, UK, Australia, and UAE.
