Encora, a Scottsdale, AZ-based product engineering provider, acquired Excellarate, a Wayne, PA-based technology solutions and services company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Encora will enhance its capabilities in AI, Analytics and Automation, and deepen its expertise in HealthTech, FinTech and InsurTech.
