myInterview, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based provider of smart video interviewing software, raised $11M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Aleph, Entrée Capital, and Jesselson Capital, with participation from SeedIL Ventures, Digital Horizon and Ocean Azul Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its product offering to meet the demand from brands for its recruiting solutions.
Led by Co-CEOs Benjamin Gillman and Amalia Bercot, myInterview uses asynchronous video and AI to encourage candidates to express their true selves and lets hiring managers identify the best hire with a focus on user experience. Employers can leverage an automated and AI-augmented framework to continually identify and attract qualified staff with reduced time-to-hire cycles of up to 70%. The solution also includes team collaboration, workflow management and reporting capabilities, enterprise-grade security and seamless integration with traditional application tracking systems (ATS) and other existing HR applications. The platform is used by 10,000+ companies including 7-Eleven, Ocado, Facebook, Six Flags and Chick-fil-A.
