Proven Optics, a Columbus, OH-based financial management software company, received a strategic growth investment from ServiceNow.
The amount of the deal, which added to the majority growth investment Proven Optics received from Silversmith Capital Partners in December 2022, was not disclosed. As part of the transaction, Vaibhav Narayanam of ServiceNow will join the Proven Optics board as an observer.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product innovation.
