Crstl, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a platform that enables no-code Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for modern brands, manufacturers, and wholesalers, raised $4.4M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Mastry Ventures, with participation from Village Global, Alumni Ventures, SuperAngel VC, On Deck, Mensch Capital Partners, and Harizury.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, expand operations and its business reach.
Led by CEO and founder Dipti Desai, Crstl provides a SaaS application and platform that enables no-code EDI workflow automation for modern brands, manufacturers, and wholesalers to optimize revenue and streamline workflows, freeing up working capital for growth and innovation. Crstl is leveraging AI to build out connectivity across retailers, distributors, and systems such as ERPs and WMS. The system provides transparency and enables brands to start transacting with their trading partners swiftly, and compliance, testing and certification, including generating compliant shipping labels and packing slips.
The company has already enabled millions of dollars of B2B commerce between brands and Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, CVS, and many others.
