Den, a New York-based home design and construction management company, raised $3M in funding.
The round was led by Gutter Capital and Crossbeam Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to continue innovating across the home design and construction industries and roll out its latest expansion.
Founded by CEO Mike Romanowicz in July 2020, Den is a home design and construction management company that offers homebuyers a streamlined building experience with curated designs, land selection, customizations, builders, and end-to-end project management, all in one platform that allows the client to see real-time updates (BuiltBy DEN). It will initially be offered in the Hudson Valley and Catskills region of upstate New York, with expansion markets to quickly follow across the US.
