EatFirst, a Berlin, Germany-based provider of a corporate food ordering platform, acquired Feedr, a London, UK-based technology food business, from Compass Group UK & Ireland.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, EatFirst will expand its offering to their existing customers across Europe and Australia. In parallel, Compass has secured a stake in EatFirst’s European business.
Founded in 2016, Feedr is a provider of an office food delivery platform for workplace catering. The company helps companies provide sustainable, personalised, and nutrition-led food to their employees through regular lunches, group catering and pop-up food experiences. with a vision to use technology to transform office catering in London and make healthy food available to all, particularly in those locations where kitchens are not available.
Founded in 2018 by Adrian Frenzel, EatFirst provides an ordering platform for office food in Europe and Australia. The company offers corporate catering, meal plans and pantry service with more than 2,000 suppliers. EatFirst serves more than 5,000 businesses of all sizes with tailored food offerings.
