Catalyst Communications Network (CCN), an Atlanta, GA-based communications and media company, acquired Heartland Communications Group, a Fort Dodge, IA-based company providing marketing solutions in the Agriculture, Construction, and Industrial markets.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. CCN will absorb the current HCG team in the acquisition, and CCN plans to continue doing business under the Heartland name.
With the acquisition, CCN will create new growth opportunities across multiple end markets.
