Intelligent fluids, a Leipzig, Germany-based DeepTech company, raised €10m in Series B financing.
The round was led by Wave Equity Partners, with participation from existing institutional investors, High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and IBG Sachsen-Anhalt.
The company intends to use the funds to grow the team, increase manufacturing capacity at its German plant, and initiate expansion into global markets through establishment of manufacturing entities in USA, India, MENA and Taiwan.
Led by Christian Römlein, CEO, intelligent fluids has developed cleaning technology for industrial applications, ranging from oil and gas to LED displays, and adhesive removal to microelectronics. The intelligent fluid cleaners, made to non-toxic and skin-friendly ingredients, combine efficiency with ecological safety, for professional use in production, trade, crafts and households.
