Travelport, a London, United Kingdom-based technology company that powers travel bookings, acquired Deem, a San Francisco, CA-based corporate travel management platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Travelport will accelerate the delivery of travel management solutions in a rapidly evolving industry. This deal will improve Deem’s speed to market, allowing it to integrate multisource content.
Previously owned by Enterprise Holdings, a provider of mobility solutions, and led by David Grace, President, Deem provides a suite of online booking and travel technology products for business travelers, travel managers, travel-management companies and suppliers.
