BX Technologies, a London, UK-based AI powered climate tech company, raised £1.5M in funding.
The total raise of £1.59M was a combination of a follow-on investment from existing investors including carbon removal venture capital firm, Counteract and the introduction of two US investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and its business reach.
Led by Ben Bardsley, CEO, BX Technologies is a climate tech company focused on the decarbonisation of the food and drink supply chain. The technology enables retailers and brands to hit their 2030, 2035 and 2040 carbon targets by surfacing primary farm data and AI to give farmers crop and field-specific decarbonising insights. This is then given to retailers to build a cleaner supply chain in order to achieve their goals.
