Community, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of an SMS engagement platform, raised $25M in funding.
The round saw participation from Salesforce Ventures, and new investors Morgan Stanley Next Level Fund, HubSpot, Pier 70 Ventures, Verizon Ventures, GSW Ventures, Backstage Capital, and Wocstar Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

The solution offers key product integrations with Salesforce, Shopify, Zapier, ActBlue, and many more.
Today, the company has expanded to sports teams and leagues such as New York Yankees, Pittsburgh Penguins, Minnesota Timberwolves, Utah Jazz, and more; entertainment companies including Lionsgate, Showtime, and more; and music labels and artists from Warner Music Group, and more.
Linear joined the Community team in 2021 as its Chief Operating Officer. She has led the company’s key focus and strategy around several verticals, like the public sector, and supported the team in adding key Members to the platform, such as The White House, Michelle Obama and more. Additionally, she helped to create and launch Community Cares, an initiative that allows equitable access to the platform.
