Pitstop, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of fleet maintenance software that provides AI-driven predictive analytics and insights, raised $3.8m in funding.

Backers included In Revenue CapitalTech Square Ventures, Automotive Ventures, SaaS Ventures and others.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Shiva Bhardwaj, chief executive officer, Pitstop is a predictive maintenance software, using AI-driven insights and automated maintenance features to enable fleets to leverage vehicle data to reduce downtime and costs. The system predicts and prioritizes vehicle failures, data and maintenance needs in real-time to improve overall operational efficiencies.
