Rupert, a New York-based provider of an analytics distribution platform, raised $8M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Cortical Ventures and IA Ventures with participation from Citi Ventures, Joule Ventures, Christopher Lynch, Jake Stein, Bob Moore, and other executives from leading data organizations such as Snowflake, Looker, Weights & Biases, Snowplow, Alation, and SAP.
The company intends to use the funds to invest in its product, add features and scale its go-to-market efforts.
Co-founded by Ziv Wangenheim and Yoni Steinmentz, Rupert is a provider of an analytics distribution platform that helps analytics and operations teams to be proactive and deliver to business users personalized, actionable insights at scale. The system connects analytics sources (e.g. BI tools, semantic layers), operational applications (e.g. CRMs, ad campaign managers, Jira), and communications tools (e.g. Slack, Teams, email), enabling analytics and operations teams to deliver insight alerts to their business stakeholders. Alerts are prompted by intelligent data triggers and accompanied by “Action Modules” that allow users to immediately act on critical insights thus ensuring that every business improvement opportunity is capitalized upon.
The system is used by data-centric organizations like AppsFlyer, Coalition, GoodRx, and Mux.
