Studio Designer, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of software used by interior designers to run their businesses, acquired DesignDocs, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of project financial management and accounting software for interior designers.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The combined company’s scale across support, professional services, and product development teams will enable Studio Designer to provide value and service to interior designer customers.
