Yonder, a London, UK-based startup that has developed a credit card product with a focus on rewards shopping, raised £62.5m in Series A funding.

This included £12.5m in equity and £50m in debt. Backers included Northzone and RTP Global.

The equity round will be used to grow the team and operations while the debt will go towards servicing the credit lines to support customer growth.

Led by Tim Chong, Co-founder and CEO, Yonder has built a credit card which enables users to build good credit habits while they earn and enjoy rewards. It features no foreign exchange fees, worldwide travel insurance, and more.

The company is also launching a crowdfund campaign on Seedrs for supporters to participate in the round.
