Deltek, a Herndon, VA-based global provider of software and solutions for project-based businesses, acquire Replicon, a Calgary, Canada-based provider of unified time tracking solutions that bring together Project Delivery, Finance and HR on a single platform, purpose-built for project and services-centric organizations.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Under the terms of the agreement, the transaction is conditioned upon regulatory approval and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the coming weeks.
This acquisition complements Deltek’s portfolio of enterprise software and information solutions for project-based organizations.
