Intrinsic, a New York-based omni-channel consumer health company, raised $15M in funding.

The round, which brought the total amount to $128M, included participation from new investors FCA Venture Partners and MAP Investco, along with existing investors Define Ventures, Link Ventures, Redesign Health, and others.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by CEO Yadin Shemmer, Intrinsic acquires, builds, and grows brands that serve women, expanding their global reach by opening up new distribution channels across eCommerce, retail, and healthcare.

Once the company acquires a women’s health brand, it expands its reach and impact through a mix of channel expansion, new product development, and connected marketing. This enables brands to engage women across the consumer and patient journey wherever they seek answers, seek care, or shop. In addition, the firm’s proprietary analytics provide automation and insights that enable fast action and decisions across all company functions, including acquisitions, marketing, and supply chain.
