Keybotic, a Barcelona, Spain-based creator of autonomous robot dogs for industrial inspections, raised €3m in funding.
The round was led by key family offices in Spain.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development and commercialization efforts.
Founded in 2020 by Irene Gómez, CEO, Keybotic is a Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) startup that is advancing robot dogs for industrial inspections chemicals, security, oil&gas and mining industries.
The robots can detect incidents like gas leaks, read industrial instruments and send alerts in real-time about anomalies and dangers. They send alerts about any incidents they find and offer images to a centralised control platform.
