Hostaway, a Helsinki, Finland-based provider of a vacation rental software and management system, raised $175M in Strategic Growth Investment.
The round was led by PSG.
The company intends to use the funds to expand globally, grow headcount, strengthen customer service, enhance onboarding processes, and pursue both organic and inorganic opportunities to extend its market share.
Founded in 2015 by Marcus Rader, Saber Kordestanchi and Mikko Nurminen, Hostaway is a vacation rental management software solution that enables property managers to grow their business, even serving as a two-way API connection to major online travel agencies.
