-

Bowery Valuation, a New York-based technology-enabled commercial real estate appraisal firm, closed a $16.3M extension of its Series B funding.

The round, which brought total funding to over $80m, was led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, with participation from Curql Collective and existing investors Capital One Ventures, Stepstone Group, Builders VC, Fika Ventures, Navitas Capital, Camber Creek, and Nine Four Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to further national expansion, fulfilling plans to open offices in the Midwest, Southwest, and Southeast.

Led by Founders and Co-CEOs John Meadows and Noah Isaacs, Bowery Valuation is a technology-enabled commercial real estate appraisal firm which leverages an in-house team of appraisers and tech-driven end-to-end software solutions. By leveraging public record integration, a mobile inspection app, natural language generation, and exhaustive databasing, the company’s proprietary report writing technology streamlines the appraisal process, enabling faster turnaround times, enhanced accuracy, and improved efficiency for its clients.

Since Bowery Valuation raised its initial Series B, the company has expanded its presence from just two markets to nine markets across the country and added over 750 new clients.
