Hello Neighbour, a London, UK property lettings and management company, closed a £2.5m Series A funding.
The round, which brought total funding to £4.8m, was led by Surebind Ltd.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach, as well as to invest in its technology platform.
Founded in 2018 by brothers, Richard Jenkins, CEO and Mike Jenkins, CTO, Hello Neighbour provides a letting property platform that connects homes with tenants. The service currently covers London and Greater London, Brighton, Oxford, Guildford and Reading.
Currently, there are over 1,200 landlords and more than 100,000 tenants on the platform.
