Komi, a Los Angeles, CA- and London, UK-based creator commerce platform, raised $12M in Series A funding.
The round was led by RTP, Third Prime, Antler, E& Capital, and Contour Ventures, alongside strategic investors including Sony Music Entertainment, Live Nation, Vicus, and Laffitte Management Group.
The company intends to use the funds for the expansion of its U.S. based team with a focus on marketing and creator partnerships, and development of the platform.
