Reseda Group, an East Lansing, MI-based credit union service organization (CUSO) of MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU), acquired ChannelNet, a Dearborn, MI-based company which specializes in digital consumer engagement through its OneClick Financial platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Reseda Group will expand its offerings.

Its OneClick Financial is a patented data-driven digital platform designed to make communication between banks and credit unions and their customers and members automated, cost-effective and engaging.
