Catch+Release, a San Francisco, CA-based content licensing marketplace for brands and creators, raised an additional $8.8m in Series A funding.
The round was led by return investor Accel with participation from Cervin, Astia Fund and Stagwell, as well as new investors HarbourVest Partners, Nick Mehta, Rich Kleiman and Kevin Durant’s 35V.
The company, which has raised a total of $31.3m in funding to-date, intends to use the capital to accelerate its product features, enhance the user experience, and the growth of its creator community.
Led by Analisa Goodin, CEO and Founder, Catch+Release is a content licensing marketplace for brands to find and license content for their campaigns from creators.
World leading brands in the platform include Meta, Amazon, Uber, Disney, Nike, and ESPN.
