Highlight, a NYC-based in-home product testing platform provider, raised $18m in Series A funding.
The round, which brought the total funding raised to date to over $30m, was led by Acre Venture Partners and HearstLab with participation from Ingeborg Investments and GS Futures, as well as a Jag Bath and Ryan Nece.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Co-founded by Dana Kim and Ethan Kellough in 2020, Highlight is an in-home product testing platform that lets users do research fast. The platform allows researchers to get targeted with demographics, psychographics, and more. The platform’s controls allow users to approve and manage key study process points, including survey and insert finalization, virtually and with ease.
The company serves hundreds of brands as clients, including Nestlé, Estée Lauder, P&G, Target, Sakara and Hanes.
