IP Pathways, a Des Moines, IA-based company that connects businesses with technology tools and strategies, acquired Netsolus, a data center and managed service provider, out of Kansas City, (MO).
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, IP Pathways will expand its presence in the Kansas City region.
Led by Bryan Ballard, CEO, Netsolus has been a data center and managed services provider in the Kansas City Region for over 23 years. With customers throughout the Midwest, the company has helped them migrate to the cloud, secure their networks, deploy and manage hardware and software.
