Saksoft, a Chennai, India-based company which specializes in Enterprise Applications, Augmented Analytics, Intelligent Automation and Enterprise Cloud, acquired Solveda Group, a New York-based software design and development company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Saksoft will enhance the focus on its Inch-wide Mile-Deep strategy of competing in market niches.
