Shaktimaan.ai, a Bengaluru, India-based Artificial intelligence-powered educational platform provider, raised $2m in a seed funding round.
Backers included Fundersclub, GoodWater Capital, Y Combinator, and founders of Jar, among others.
The company intends to use the funds to to enhance the platform’s capabilities and adaptability, as well as to advance a Language Model (LLM) specifically trained for various educational use cases.
Co-founded by Vimal Singh Rathore and Aseem Gupta in 2021, Shaktimaan.ai gives students access to knowledge and personalised mentorship in a disciplined ecosystem, starting with UPSC Exam. It currently offers real-time doubt resolution, personalized feedback, and handwritten answer evaluation within seconds.
The startup was a part of Y Combinator’s Winter 2023 cohort.
