Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA), a Little Rock, AR-based provider of clinical and allied staffing and workforce management solutions to the healthcare industry, acquired Stogo, a provider of a health system shift and float pool management platform based in San Antonio, TX.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, TNAA will expand its offerings.
Co-founded by Heather Anderson and Patrick Halinski, Stogo provides a mobile app-based platform that enables healthcare providers to fill critical staffing gaps with their internal employees or with local, Stogo-employed clinicians in their community.
Led by CEO and President Tim McKenzie, TNAA provides workforce solutions that help healthcare systems maximize their core staff while optimizing their contingent labor spend through its Managed Services division SimpliFi.
