Voiceflow, a Toronto, Canada-based conversational AI platform provider, raised US$15m in funding.
The round was led by OpenView Venture Partners, at a valuation of $105M.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and invest further in its end-to-end agent building and hosting capabilities.
Led by CEO Braden Ream, Voiceflow aims to make it easy for teams to collaboratively build AI agents to automate any use case, from customer support to internal task automation. Its conversation design platform helps customers design and prototype AI agents and hand off finalized designs to development teams who implement them in conversational AI platforms.
